New Quest International has a compensation plan that rewards your sales efforts quickly with weekly payouts through our bi-linear accelerated pay plan ( Binary) AND monthly payouts through our residual income producing uni-level plan.

That's right, we pay you both weekly AND monthly!

Our decision to do so was well calculated as we recognized that we could provide the best of all worlds to our Members. We believe that this compensation structure provides rapid and highly rewarding compensation while providing tremendous long term stability for our Members.

We believe that we have achieved the perfect combination and have created a commission structure that allows both beginners and highly seasoned individuals the opportunity to achieve tremendous success.

THE BI-LINEAR ACCELERATED PAY PLAN ( BINARY)
Our Exciting Binary payouts are calculated weekly and are paid weekly. The following orders are all placed in the Binary compensation from which weekly commissions are then calculated.

     a. Activation/ Starter Package Orders for the week.
     b. First order placed by all customers for the week.
     c. 30% of All Second and Subsequent orders ( 70% CV is assigned to the Uni-level) for the week.

Let’s look at how the THE BI-LINEAR ACCELERATED PAY PLAN operates.

First, in order to be eligible to participate in the THE BI-LINEAR ACCELERATED PAY PLAN you must meet the following Requirements:

     *100 CV cumulative, personal (business center) volume PLUS 2 enrollees who have met 100 CV

The above is met when you purchase a Starter Kit at $99 minimum or above AND you enroll 2 other Members who purchase a Starter Kit at a $99 minimum or above. Only when you achieve this complete requirement do you meet eligibility.

Once you have met this requirement, you remain Active (and thus eligible to receive commissions) in the Bilinear Accelerate Pay Plan as long as you remain a Member of New Quest International. There are no additional requirements to remain Active. Although Active, in order to receive commissions payments, you must generate certain levels of sales in your organization as explained below.

The Payout occurs when your business center develops the following:

200 CV weaker side AND 400 CV on your stronger side. (Please see the example in the graphic section below). Each cycle pays $30*. Thus, if you were to add up the purchases / sales of EVERYONE who is in your stronger leg (the leg with the most volume) and it was equal to or greater than 400 CV total and you were to add up the purchases / sales of EVERYONE who is in your weaker leg ( the leg with the least total volume) and that was to add up to 200 CV, you would qualify for one cycle ( $30 ) payout.




Now here is the exciting part. It does not stop there! If you were to add up the purchases / sales of EVERYONE who is in your stronger leg (the leg with the most volume) and it was equal to or greater than 800 CV total and you were to add up the purchases / sales of EVERYONE who is in your weaker leg (the leg with the least total volume) and that was to add up to 400 CV, you would qualify for two cycles or $60 payout. This continues on and on and on.

So you can see that as your organization sales grows and thus your total GV in both legs grows, so does your income as you can qualify for cycle after cycle after cycle each and every week.

This is the power of our BI-LINEAR ACCELERATED PAYOUT income. It is important to note that whatever GV is "not used" for the week carries over each and every week until you reach enough GV to cycle.

     * There is a maximum binary payout cap that in certain circumstances can reduce the cycle payout below $30.

In addition, we have a Matching Bonus system within our BI-LINEAR ACCELERATED PAYOUT. To receive a Matching bonus, a Member must be qualified to earn Binary commissions (100 CV + 2 enrollees with 100 CV). The percentage of matching bonus is based on the amount of each distributor's Back-Up order.

5% in on $30 AS  10% if on $50 AS  15% if on $100 AS

As we noted above, we not only pay you weekly but you also earn Monthly Checks through our Unilevel payout.

UNI-LEVEL PAY PLAN

How the UNI-LEVEL operates:

Depending upon the activation / starter package you purchased, you will receive a designation of rank as noted below.

Your rank is designated as either:

Quartz, Crystal, Tanzanite, Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire or Diamond.

We reward those individuals who sell greater amounts of product and thus purchase greater amounts of product initially with higher commissions ( a higher rank) right from the start. ( Those who immediately achieve Tanzanite or Ruby by purchasing a $199 starter pack or above are not required to meet GV or leg requirements until they reach Premier Gem status. )

Alternatively, you can begin at a lower rank earning smaller commissions and work your way up to higher commissions by eventually purchasing more product for sales AND meeting the additional GV and leg requirements noted for each rank below.

Below are the Ranks and the requirements to achieve each rank.

As you will note in the table below, the higher the rank, the higher percentage commissions are paid and the more levels of commissions are paid.

Note: PV requirements are your own personal purchases. PV is based on price of order purchase. GV is based on commissionable volume (CV).  All ranks must maintain 2 active customers purchasing each month.





The GV for advancements will be calculated to infinite levels.

Within the Unilevel we have Additional Bonuses for our sales leaders. We call this our Generational Match. Individuals must achieve the rank of Premier Gems (Emerald, Sapphire or Diamond) to enter into Generational bonuses.

Emerald receives 20% on 2 generations (blocked by third Emerald)

Sapphire receives 20% on 4 generations (blocked by fifth Emerald)

Diamond (or Blue Diamond) receives 20% on 6 generations (blocked by seventh Emerald).

But we are not done paying you yet. When you personally enroll a new Member, a bonus will be paid to you, the Enroller when a Member purchases an Activation / Starter Package to get their new business started.

Enrollment Bonuses:

$99 Activation package pays $15 $199 Activation package pays $30 $299 Activation package pays $50

Requirements to receive this bonus are that you must be Active Rank or Above.

In addition, we have reserved a very special bonus for our top sales leaders. Our Leadership Bonus is paid to our Premier Gems as follows:
1% of CV divided evenly between all Emeralds each month.
1% of CV divided evenly between all Sapphires each month.
1% of CV divided evenly between all Diamonds/Blue Diamonds each month.
If there are no Diamonds, Sapphires split 2%.
Additional Pool Bonus for Blue Diamonds : 0.5% of total CV for month split evenly among Blue Diamonds (Blue Diamonds also share in Diamond Pool).

CUSTOMER SALES
Our business is built on customer sales. The following is how we pay commissions on these sales.

When Member purchases product and personally sells to end user customer the Member earns difference between retail and wholesale price.  When a retail customer purchases directly from your website or when a preferred customer purchases directly from the company using your ID:

Wholesale to Retail difference is paid to the seller and commissions are paid to the field.
